- Elite concierge services (premium tier)
User Eligibility
To use Rishta Connect, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally single, divorced, or widowed
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Have parental consent if under 25 years of age
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Payment Terms

- All payments are processed securely through Apple Pay

Rishta Connect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rishta Connect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Rishta Connect provides matchmaking services but cannot guarantee successful matches or relationships. We are not responsible for:
- The outcome of any relationships or meetings
- User behavior or misrepresentation
- Disputes between users
- Any damages arising from use of our service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, in accordance with Pakistani law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
