Download the Rishta Connect app from the App Store, then follow the registration process. You'll need to provide basic information and complete our verification process, including CNIC verification and liveness check.
Is Rishta Connect available for Android?
Currently, Rishta Connect is exclusively available for iOS devices. We're working on an Android version and you can join our waitlist to be notified when it launches.
What is the verification process?
Our verification includes CNIC verification, liveness detection, and family validation. This ensures all profiles are genuine and helps maintain the quality of our community.
Profile & Matching
How does the Love Language matching work?
We use a proprietary algorithm based on the 5 Love Languages (Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, Physical Touch) to match you with compatible partners. This helps ensure deeper emotional compatibility beyond just basic criteria.
Can my family be involved in the process?
Yes! We encourage family involvement. Parents can create guardian accounts to co-manage profiles, and all communications can be supervised. Family meetings can be conducted directly through our FaceTime integration.
What are Rishta Circles?
Rishta Circles are exclusive, invite-only communities for specific groups like "LUMS Alumni," "Overseas Doctors," or "Business Families." These circles provide more targeted matching within your social and professional networks.
Pricing & Plans
What's included in the free Explorer plan?
The Explorer plan includes basic profile browsing (limited), Love Language quiz, 3 daily connections, and basic matching features. It's perfect for those who want to explore the platform before committing.
How much does the Connect plan cost?
The Connect plan is PKR 9,999 per month and includes unlimited connections, advanced filters, FaceTime integration, family accounts, and priority support. This is our most popular plan.
How do I access the Elite plan?
The Elite plan is by invitation only and includes personal matchmaking, background verification, VIP events access, and white-glove service. You'll need an invite code to access this tier.
Safety & Privacy
How do you protect my privacy?
We use end-to-end encryption for all communications, implement strict data protection measures, and never share your information without consent. All profiles are verified to ensure authenticity.
What happens if I encounter inappropriate behavior?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate behavior. You can report any concerns through the app, and our team will investigate immediately. Violators will be removed from the platform.
Is Rishta Connect Shariah compliant?
Yes, Rishta Connect is designed to be Shariah compliant. We promote halal interactions, family involvement, and respect for Islamic values throughout the matchmaking process.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time through the app settings. This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data from our platform.
